Cancellation & Transfers:

Upon confirmation, cancellation must be made in writing at lease 10 working days before the program implemented. Substitution of delegate(s) is welcome at no extra charge by providing the details of the substitute within3 working days of the course. Should there is no substitute; PSDC reserves the right to claim 100% of the training fee from the organization.
