SCHOOL LEAVERS TRAINING PROGRAMMES

 

PSDC juga menawarkan program-program khas untuk belia dan lepasan SPM. Program-program ini, yang dibiayai kerajaan disasarkan kepada golongan tersebut untuk meningkatkan kemahiran teknikal dan teknologi maklumat dan memastikan mereka bersedia untuk memasuki pasaran kerja sedia ada. Elaun bulanan juga diberikan kepada semua pelatih setiap bulan selama tempoh latihan di PSDC.

(PSDC also offers special programs for youth and SPM leavers. These programs, financed by the government aimed to improve the technical skills and information and ensure they are ready to enter the job market place. A monthly allowance is given to all the coaches of each month during the training period in the PSDC.)

COURSE OBJECTIVES

WORKFORCE TECHNICAL TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMME (WTTP)

COURSE : ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN (ET)

  • The primary objective trainees to be employed as a Electrical Technician / Wireman / Electrician in the electrical contractor or company / factory or plant regarding to the industrial requirements.
  •  Our training covered both theoretical and practical.
  • In theory parts; students will be assisting in understanding scope of jobs / tasks to be implemented and for practical parts; students will be more on hands-on and skills on how to implement jobs / tasks.

COURSE : COMPUTER SYSTEM TECHNICIAN (IT)

  • To train more local human resource in line with the industrial needs.
  • To develop cost-effective training programmed.
  • To involve the industrial sector in direct responsibilities for important social objectives, such as reducing long term and youth unemployment.

COURSE : PETROCHEMICAL – INDUSTRIAL INSTRUMENTATION & CONTROL (PC) 

  •  The primary objective is to provide trainees to be employed as an Industrial and Control Assistant Technician / Technician in the oil & gas / petrochemical factory or plant regarding to the industrial requirements.
  • Our training covered both theoretical and practical. In theory parts; students will be assisting in understanding scope of jobs / tasks to be implemented and for practical parts; students will be more on hands-on and skills on how to implement jobs / tasks.
