The Industrial Skills Enhancement Program (INSEP) is a special government funded program. It is targeted for unemployed graduates with technical and ICT background. The objective is to provide skills upgrading traning to add value for the graduates in securing employment. To date, PSDC has trained nearly 2,000 graduates in both technical and ICT courses as offered in the INSEP programmes.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

• Copy of Diploma or Degree OR
• Copy of letter from College or University and signed by Academic Registrar or Dean OR
• Examination result with the word "COMPLETE" OR
• Copy of Official Academic Transcript
• Four (4) I/C sized photographs
