The purpose of the Executive Diploma in Human Capital Development Skills programme is to provide training and development opportunity in human capital development skills. This training is suitable for all levels of personnel in order to bring the best out of us. This programme is designed particularly for the following targe audience:

1. Managers with technical background

2. Newly appointed human Resources Executives

3. Personnel with at least 2 years of working experience and wants to expand his / her career into managerial / supervisory positions.

Since this is an Executive Diploma programme, therefore examinations may not be required and assessment will be based on class participation and assignments given after every module. Classes will be conducted on alternate weekends. These features would definitely offer great flexibilities for the "working" market.

The Executive Diploma in Human Capital Development Skills takes is a 18-Module skill-based training programme to enlighten and possibly change the way we see and do things.

 

PUBLIC COURSE WITHIN EXECUTIVE DIPLOMA PROGRAMME

The management allow any short-term participants to join any modules within executive diploma classes (share trainers, classes and modules). However, they will appear as a short-term students and the fees are basic fees for individual modules. They will awarded with a certificates for the module but not the diploma executive certificate. The candidates might contact PSDC for schedule. Please use this Short Course Registration Form for application.

 

If we calculated the fees for each module of this excutive diploma course that is if the module is carried out in the form of short-term or a separate module. Each participant must pay a minimum of RM1,000.00 for a class of two-day module. With this executive diploma programme, each participant can enjoy the entire 18 modules worth RM18,000.00 with only as lower as RM7,950.00.

We also provide a special installment to the individual participants with 4 times the fee schedule and orderly repayment of the same average fee of RM2000.00 for each time. The distribution of payment period is as follows:
