Pahang Skills Development Centre or PSDC as it is known, is an integrated training institution : providing quality training programmes for industrial workforce besides offering skills-based education training for school leavers that meets industry requirement. Our aim is to be the best training provider in the fields of skills training. Incorporated under Societies Act 1966 on June 17, 1994; PSDC started its operation in 1996 at Semambu Industrial Park, Kuantan, Pahang Darul Makmur. To date, PSDC has established itself as premiere training institution in the region. Having trained more than 15,000 participants throughout its establishment, PSDC is committed in producing a well-trained and skilled workforce to fulfill the requirement for the industries.

Our Mission
To produce skilled, educated and well-balanced manpower for the nations industry.

1. Focus on multi-skilling modular training in areas of Process Instrumentation And Control, Electronic\Electrical And Mechatronic, Industrial Automation And Mechanical and, IT, Multimedia And Communication.
2. Focus on skills education programs at certificate and diploma level.
3. Develop courses which tailor to training incentives of HRDC, SMECorp and other agencies.
4. Enhance quality assurance through accreditation bodies like LAN, MDC and SIRIM.
5. Integrate smart partnership with industries, agencies, universities and other training providers.
6. Practice good governance and prudent management through best practices of accountability transparency and maximum synergy.
